I am not sure but i think that also factored in processing ? We have more experienced member they might throw some light bases on their experience ...

I don't understand what's the problem in visa office Rome. there are people that have sent their application since december 2015 and are in 15-th month of their waiting for passport request.

I am worried too. They are processing very slowly. More than 6 months after medical examination to get PR

Today another draw with score of 434 for almost 4k invitations. And all these people get PPR by June end. And for us, around November though we applied 5-6 months back. I dont get why it is so long for QSW when Quebec does all the work by nominating its own immigrants and their role is just to do criminal, medical and security checks. Is my understanding wrong? I know ours is paper based but such a time gap between the two?

Usually it takes 4-6 months for PR after medical examination

As I have seen from other applicants of VO Rome.
Vo Rome has stopped sending request for medical exam. Applicants of May 2016 haven't received request for medical exam yet.
All other applicants since december 2015 to april 2016 have done their medical exam on July -September 2016, and since then nothing has happend.

Got my AOR today !!! I also linked the application to myCIC portal. Everything went smooth
What is strange ... I waited ONLY 55 days (PR application was sent by UPS on 6th of January and today I received my AOR).

As I remember other people were mentioning about 120 days...

Hey man i am also waiting since october 2016, how many places have you lived in, i moved a lot so i assume that is a factor why it is taking so long.

any idea what is the stage after AOR, and application in process after receiving all documents for PR, i have moved a lot so that might be a factor for delay visa office Paris.

Dear Experts,

I have a confusion. Current processing time for VISA for CSQ holder is 13 months. However, I want to know from when this time is counted? From the date they receive my application package or from the date of AOR.

My application was received at june, 2016, and I got AOR at Nov, 2016. After that i am waiting for medical request. How long should i wait? have any idea?

These processing times only apply to the federal part of the processing (at the visa office). It does not include the time it takes for the province of Quebec to process the Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ).

At the visa office means- after AOR. is it correct?
