I just received my AOR. My advise if you are in Canada better apply in land as process is much quicker.
Below is my application timeline:
VO: Hong Kong
Opening file: June 2012
CSQ: 10 Nov 2015
Sent Federal: 28 July 2016
Federal received: 4th Aug 2016
Payment by credit card: 25t Oct 2016
AOR: 29th Nov 2016.
I hope to get medical and clearance to get the PPR before end of next year.

1. Create and log to the GCKey account.

2- Find "Link application to this account" click on it then select on the category (Permanent residence) then on the sub- category (Quebec selected skilled worker)
3- select "Family Name, Given name"
4- Fill up Family Name and first name with CAPITAL LETTERS otherwise it is not gonna work this very important

8- Do not fill up passport information skip it and just step forward

13- once your application found
