Don't get worked up. You are still within the normal time.
Usually AOR for federal is up to 4 months from date of receipt of application. Yours was May 30, 2016. So September 30th should be your due date to receive AOR. Good news is your card has been debited. So grab a chill drink and wait for the AOR which will surely come in the coming weeks as the summer fades out. Patience is the word.

Do we still get an email in our email address for MR, Rprf and PPR Request in classic way? or Do we get notification in the online account itself?

Dear Friends,

I applied for federal stage after CSQ received in May, 2016. My application delivered at CIO dated: May 30, 2016. My credit card was charged in July 13, 2016. Now its more than 40 days since card is charged and i haven't received AOR from CIO. does anyone with similar situation. can anyone tell me is it normal? if not then whom should i contact. please share your experience.

MY FRIEND APPLIED IN MPQ AUGUST AND GOT SELECTED IN AUG 2016.

HE DID'T DID IELTS EXAM. AS HIS CONSULTANT IS SAYING THAT HE DOES NOT NEED TO DO IELTS AS HIS POINTS ARE 60.

CAN ANY ONE SUGGEST IS THERE ARE ANY COMPUSURY TO GIVE IELTS FOR Quebec immigration OR HE CAN GO AHEAD WITHOUT IT.

I did not take any English or French exam and submitted online through MON project as cap-exempt applicant in Jan 2016. It's my understanding that if an applicant passes threshold ( 49 for single and 57 for married) then language exams are not required.

My sister wants to apply Quebec immigration she had Bachelor's of Business Administration(BBA) 3years Indian degree finished in 2012

As per the forum I got to know she will get 6 pts for Indian degree 3 years and how many points for AOT?which is in 6 pts list now

Is she will get 12pts for both education & AOT ?

I think all federal paper base application has finished. Now time for Quebec Application.
