you are in process of verification of documents for CSQ. you may receive a email for additional documents or for sending TEF certificate B2 even if you haven't sent.

I have waiting for CSQ 4.5 years I have applied in 2011 and I receive CSQ this year 2016. what do you think? when i applied processing time for my country was 9 month. this is funny.
now I am in federal process

You mean you submitted file for CSQ? If so, it is normal. If your qualifications are good enough you will get CSQ on or before 2018 (if everything goes fine). I have applied 2012 and I received 2016.

I was wondering if you could clarify some points in relation to your earlier reply!

(1) When you said your settlement plan was 4 pages...was it 4 pages regarding just how you would find a job in your profession or was it everything including other stuff all in 4 pages?

(2) Do i have to show proof that I have applied for jobs because I wanted to wait until i got the PR first! So does not having proof of job-application related correspondence work against my application (in particular..the settlement plan)?

My plan had 4 pages altogether. I was mainly concentrated on how to find a job in my profession. In your case, since you are not in Canada yet, you can't really attend any job interviews. However, you can make some research and contact potential employers. Make a proper documentation of that too.

For me I've recently got CSQ and will apply for federal as soon as I have all the documents.

It is very case specific and it also depends on visa office. I would say 14 months on average.
