Yeah in mid July, visa office is Ottawa

Really. Good for you. Someone must really love me in ADVO. it has been 11 months since my AOR and I received nothing yet.

I am still waiting on my GCMS notes (which I demanded last month) & thinking about to writing something on CIC webform but I been told that I should wait until 13 months after the AOR if I want a serious response (published waiting period is 13 months). What do you think?

We have passed ou medical Visit on Mai and no news and no visa (we are more than 120 persons still waiting in another french forum)

I have a Ontario College Advance Diploma in Computer Systems Technology - Networking. On my transcripts it says Program Level: Post Secondary Advance Diploma Program, Program Length: 2 Years.
Kindly let me know what will be my AOT.

Besides, I have bachelors of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications (wes says the Canadian Equivalency is Bachelors 4 Year). So kindly, let me know the AOT of the Same.

Your answers might help international students in Canada with same scenario as mine.

I applied for federal part in May, 2016 after CSQ in April and my application reached at CIO on May 30, 2016. It is now about 2.5 months (73 days) since my federal application received at CIO. I am still waiting for AOR. Does anyone know is this a normal time or not. I am worried now. please any friend with expertise and advise?.

2. How long does it take for federal to make their decision wether you are getting a visa or not, i know it could be different for different Visa offices but if i am not wrong my file was sent to hong kong.

To answer your first question, CIC can question almost anything. The most common reason for rejecting Quebec applicants is their true intentions to settle in Quebec. As for the second questions, it all varies, especially among different offices. I would say it takes a year on average but only if your documentation is complete and free of errors. Please have a look at our timelines, they explain a lot in terms of timing.

Also your medical status might result in your file being rejected.
