as i see from you timeline , you did not sent your IELTS alongside with your PR application to CIC . is it right? need your confirm , because i am in same boat , i nominated from SINP OID (NOC 2171) , i am confused is it required or not

CIC will must require this & you need to send the original PCC issued directly from FBI. If your application is on process now then apply for the FBI clearance asap. Because FBI takes 3 - 4 months time to provide it.

That is correct. Must be the original, must be the letter that the FBI submits to you, and must be phisically sent to the VSO (No Scanned Copies).

At some point in time they allowed to obtain it through intermediaries (this way it takes a lot less) but if my memory does not fail it is allowed now only for American Citizens or not allowed at all (I strongly recommend that you do more research on that).

And yes, definitely it is absurd the time it takes. Mine took more than 20 weeks and lost once in the mail. Believe it or not.

Thanks! They actually haven't requested the PCC so far, and shouldn't as she moved to Canada when she was 17, so she wasn't 18 yet and therefore we haven't provided any PCC. But we still applied for FBI PCC back when we got her AOR, just in case they'd ask for it anyway, and we just now received the results back. We'll see if they ask for it, but we'll be ready if they do!

Also, she finally just got her Medical Request on the 11th of July, and will go get her exam soon with an e-medical doctor. She also got a notice to pay RPRF, but we already paid it and sent the receipt via case specific enquiry a few weeks back. We just now sent the same exact receipt we got then to the email address they provided in this new email... has this happened to anyone else before? It's weird, because the case specific enquiry message said the receipt had been successfully attached to her file, and now they request RPRF anyway. Hmm...

Does anyone know if the 30-days limit is for them to RECEIVE the medicals or if it just needs to be done at the doc's office within that timeframe? Let's say the limit is on August 10 and the exam is on the 9th, is that ok or should it include the amount of time it'll take for the doctor to send the results?

Also, does anyone have any good recommendations for an e-medical enabled panel physician in Montreal and any tips?

Hi guys, I got my GCMS notes today applied for it on 10 June 2016. I would appreciate if anyone could answer the following:

1- My Eligibility Status is: In progress, however i can see that one of the agent mentioned under the Eligibility Status is : Recommend Passed. What does that mean?

2- My Criminality Status is : In progress too but my Security Check is : Not Started. What does that mean?

3- At the bottom of the notes Immigration officer made a Comment: All docs on file. RFO. Anybody knows what RFO means?

When Should i expect to see PPR??? Any Idea!!

I finally received my visa, I am expecting to land next month.

My question is: is it a must for me to stay in Quebec after the landing? I was looking for a banking job.. And found out that the majority of the opportunity are in Torronto... I was thinking of landing in Quebec and moving emidiattly to Torronto for better job opportunities.

Any advice pls
