Hello everyone, please advise if someone is at the same situation as we do - PEQ , after CSQ (August 2024) and ITA
Applied - Nov 4, 2024
AOR+BIO - Jan 15, 2025
MEC - Feb 19, 2025
Pre-Arrival - March 1, 2025
ADR - Military Service - March 15, 2025
No news since then.. I believe we under the background comprehensive check
Applied for CBSA notes in August, no idea how long it may take or how to proceed if this is indeed the situation - does a webform/MP helps in these?
How long all that may take?

If they are indeed doing a comprehensive check, I'm unsure if there is actually anything you could do to speed things up.

I applied one month before you with similar timeline to yours and still waiting for the FD. MP didn't help either. They told me the same thing I get from IRCC. It is in security screening and I've to wait. Disappointing.

This is my timeline. Applied in january. I was in Background check since March, today I saw the new udpate "Final Decision"



2025/01/28 - PR Application Submited

2025/02/17 - AOR, Biometrics Letter and Extra Information (Request the police certificat to an agency in my home country)

2025/02/26 - BOWP application

2025/02/27 - Request Police Record on my home country

2025/02/28 - EXT Letter (implicis status on my BOWP)

2025/03/03 - Appoitment for Biometrics

2025/03/03 - Submission of Police Record thorught homecountry agency

2025/03/06 - Request Medical Examen

2025/03/26 - Appoitment for Medical Examen at Prima Montreal (Downtown)

2025/04/02 - you passed your medical examen

2025/07/15 - Background pass from "Not applicable" to "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information."

2025/08/11 - "Final Decision" status
