Guys ecopr is automated Process or it is different application when they gonna open they send

I am worried if my permit is expired before ecopr will it be created any issue in PR

It's not an automated process. The agent will manually access your file, confirm your presence in Canada, and issue the COPR. I assume they will also check your status.
