I have seen a trend that people are getting their Visas after 12-15 Months.
I don't know how you are saying that I will get the Visa in two Months time.

I said anytime from August, 3moths time and its not certain.
Every application is unique. I have seen cases of 3moths, 4months, 5months and as well 2yrs.

Keep praying for a speedy process or if you are not ready now, a slow process.

I have a couple of doubts:
1. Can we apply under this program as an International skilled worker category?
2. When we will be able to create/register for the program?
3. What documents we need to submit?
4. How much is the time frame to get provincial nomination?
5. Is it comes under provincial nomination program?
6. If we get the provincial nomination, is it mandatory to stay in that Province? If yes, how much time?

Your CIC score is quite good probably it is good choice to increase score instead of QSW program with higher job scope all over canada except quebec which is vice versa with QSW.

Coming to QSW :

*Procesing time depends on your country of origin which lasts from 6months to 3years for CSQ and 8-15months for PR.
*This doesn't comes under Provincial Nomination program

If truly your application was sent on the 18march, you should have AoR by now.

Not any more. My friend it been 10 months since I applied and I didn't yet receive my MR. But processing time is 14 months from the date your application arrived to the CIO (according to CIC website).

I had received medical and RPRF request in February.
my medical was received by cic in march2016. However my rprf dd is returned due to incorrect amount.Then i had resubmitted dd with correct amount and it was encashed on 7 April2016(my visa office is new Delhi).

I have emailed visa office to get information about my application.
Today they replied me that your file is pending final review.At present no action is required on your part.

Any one please guide me what it means and how long it takes me to get PPR request.

When cic agent made mistake on my credit card...

I sent my demand for permanant residence visa to federal gov'ment last march and yesterday I received it back and the reason of refusal was 'credit card decliend'. I check it carefully and I found out that cic agent tried to put 'visa' when I submitted 'master' card number...
My fee payment form is clearly showing that it is master card and they tried 'visa' with my card numbers for 3 times... Resending my demand is not difficult but I was just wondering if there is anything I can do about that.
Should I let them know that? Or just forget about it? If I call them or send an email, will there be an advantage for me?

I think it is better to pay it online and send them the receipt!

I just got approved my CSQ and it has been sent to my country in latin america, but right now im in Montreal with a tourist visa... i would like to know if i can fill out all the forms and gather all the info and sent the application for PR from within Montreal without a problem or i have to go back to my country and send all forms from there??

Got this email today for my girlfriend's application and we have a few questions:

First- Is this a bad sign or just a reminder email everyone gets?

Second- We didn't send PCCs with the application because she only lived in Canada since the age of 18. Does this mean we have to send PCCs for Canada or would that request come separately?

Third- Is this the RPRF request or does that come later? We just paid RPRF anyway, just in case.

Fourth- Since we sent the application, she got a job offer. Does that mean we need to send an updated schedule A or is it truly just supposed to fill in her history until the application was initially sent? Do we need to keep sending new versions of this in until we get her PR?

Fifth- We paid the RPRF and attached the receipt to a case specific enquiry form that included the UCI and file number, so this should be fine, right?
