Dear friend
I have the same situation like you
My file was transferred to Montreal office on March 14, 2021
My status in ecas is changed from in process to application received
Can you tell what is your status in ecas and ircc account
Thanks
Hey! My file was transferred in November 2021 and it went into In process in February 2022. Got a medical request mid February too, which I passed around a month ago.

Thank you bleachdaxe
Your file status went from in process to application received in Nov, 2021 and returns back to in process thus Feb
Right
If this the situation
I have to wait 3 months until it goes to in process again (transfered March 14, 2022)
Can you tell me my friend about the items status in your ircc account

Sure! Biometrics and medical are passed. Otherwise it still says that they’re reviewing eligibility, the additional documents I sent and processing my background check which I thought was odd since Ecas said decision made but oh well.
Dear charlottes
I think your status for processing doesn't matter
Because many people I know received ecopr and their status remains for a week after
You will receive a +ve response shortly
Good luck
