Pre-arrival letter is sent to email or it is uploaded in the ircc account ?

Maybe they will release AORs in the weekend, seems like a lot of people get notices on Saturday.

Hey, how you doing ValeriaS? Any luck with the requested documents about your common law partner and such?
I sent mine some weeks ago, and they confirmed they received everything last week (just 2 days before the time limit expired, that was stressful haha)

I applied in 2021, so IRCC didn't request any documents from me yet, I don't even have AOR : D
my common law is Canadian, so if they will request anything from me I will call them first to be sure that they need these documents for sure

Now that IRCC has 70,000 PRs to work with for next year, they have to start giving AORs to applicants of 2021 before this year is over to start filling the quota of January 2022.

after July 2021 not many have received PR. Looks like they are focusing on AOR now....

the slowness in approving the application in the recent months may be because they are looking at outland applications now. I hope outlands will start seeing some good news in couple of weeks. They cant keep the outlands on waiting for more than two years..

yes you are right ,
but they are outland applicants who have been waited more than two or three years in federal stage !!!
