They don’t need language test, it was normal wording related to the format they need for the requested document.Thanks to god.

What about the language test result for your wife? They mean french test or english?

I believe you can just send scanned PCC thru the webform which I did before. No need to send the original PCC by mail, but you can always check with CIC, each case is different, better be sure than sorry!Good you got a helpful agent. I think your PPR is coming soon once they get your documents.
How do you sent original PCC ? When they say "original" does it mean you have to mail them the original PCC to their Sydney address ?
