Hi guys,

I would like to share my timeline with you and i would like to have your comments as well:

Application submitted: 16 April 2015 (Sydney nova scotia) -in Canada applicant

AOR Received : 02 August 2015

Medical Request: 22 November 2015

Medical Done : 25 November 2015

RPRF paid in front

So i think the next and last step would be PPR which i hope to get it in the next few weeks , am i right?

I'm Roma Visa Office, my country is Albania.
Very strange because look here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/missions/rome.asp
Roma Visa Office it's not resposable for your country.
I think it's a mistake .
The Visa Office responsable for your country is Cairo, Egypt : http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/missions/cairo.asp

i know it's very very strange because all application from my country going to Ottawa if cairo office stop ,
except me Roma !!!

i called them 3 times and for eash time they say it's in rome !!!!

Generally the process has lasted 8-9 months in Roma .

so it's about 4 months between AOR And Med .. i already send the pcc in beginning

so i think it's a normal process time so there is no any worry ?

i'm wondering only why me sent to Rome !!1

I think you don't have to worry. Just wait 2-4 months for MR and then you will see which is your VO really
I got AOR , 44 days later submitted my application anD MR 4 months later.
Some others the contrary .

Hi all,

After sending medicals and police certificates today my VO send another e-mail to me:

Please send us by email Reference letter from your current employer.

Is it normal to send it by email ?
If yes, to which email address i should send it? At the end of their e-mail there is written only the mail address.
If the reference letter it's not in english or french i should translate and noterize it, then I have to scan it as a PDF doc send to them ?

Please advice me !!!

really thank you very much another question what you did with them request ?? and why they request that ( while you QSW ) ?
