Quebec Skilled Worker Federal Stage (After CSQ)

Can someone clarify bill 9!! PR applications before 2nd August 2018 are getting terminated or CSQ applications are being trashed. Iam confused and in fear !!!!
Dear friend,,, don’t worry you are now in safe side ,,, there is no connection between CSQ stage and federal stage ,,, Bill 9 only for CSQ stage not federal stage . Sleep well & don't think too much . All best wishes for all in this group .
Sleep well till 20th month and wake up on 21st month... don't take stress in between, come what may you'll receive PPR inevitably.
I bet that’s a good idea and Iam starting to brush up and thank you so much for the clarifications by everyone. Good luck to all and Iam going in to hibernation until next year LoL.
But check your mails atleast once in a month. My correspondent emailed me my CSQ but as I was in hibernation and due to other personal reasons didn't check my email for 6 months and hence there's a delay of 6 months.

According to the first link, last year cic processed around 2 150 applications per month. If they work with the same speed for this year the quotas will be full in September or they can simply slow day down to around 1 600 cases per month. That could explain the escalation of the proceeding time. Then why Quebec government gave so many SCQ’s if they knew that the federal stage will slowdown significantly with all these stuck in time applications, like they never heart about quotas!? What a mess
