Do I need to send IMM5476e form (Use Representative) for starting to federal process with my application package even though i have no representative person ?

• If yes, how should i fill it ?
• If I don't need to send it, should i simply not include it ?

How many days would it take to get back passports from delhi after stamping? I have submitted on dec 10th.

My friend got back in 10 working days. - New Delhi.

Right now, I am sending my application package for federal processing.

It is required to send my passport and national ID copies. I have their color photocopies. Documents are in English.

Are these copies OK to send ?

Or should i validate these copies in notary and include authorised copies within my application ?

Notarized photocopies of all pages of passport - for all the members of your application.

It looks currently they are processing applications very fast. when did you received your UCI?

I agree. One of my friend got UCI on 30th Aug, got his medical request on 7th Nov and in last week of Nov-2018 his background checks started. It will be really interesting to see if people like you and my friend really get their DM before their stipulated timeline to complete(which is at min 15 months).

Today, i got notarized copies of my national ID and passport. Stamped and certified as it is told.

I only got copies of the initial page of my passport which shows all required information (passport number, name, birthdate, issue/expiration dates, issue place, photo etc.). And it has no amendments.

Do I need to get copies of the pages which have stamps and visas from different countries ?

As I read, it is not required. But I am still not sure. Please help.
