Application for Federal- 20-06-2018
AOR - 15-08-2018
Medical Request - 05-11-2018
Visa office - Sydney-Australia
I am Outland Applicant

I got CSQ valid till 2, Jun 19, i have not yet applied for federal. will apply in Jan 19.

I heard that federal process take 8 months, so in 8 months my CSQ gets expired.

Can any one help me will it be ok to land in montreal with expired CSQ ( i mean only on Visa docuemnts, i will carry my CSQ orignal though ) if i am cleared through federal process late.

If the federal reverts back by May 19 with Visa and all then i may fly before 1st Jun 19.

Hope my query is clear. Please advise

My CSQ expired June 2018 nothing to worry about.

"If the applicant’s CSQ is valid at the receipt of the application at the CIO, the CSQ will be considered valid until a decision is rendered on the permanent residence application by IRCC."

Few more questions:

1. I had worked in West Africa for 10 months - i have to submit PCC however unable to get any revert from West Africa ( Nigeria) for PCC. what can be the solution.
2. One more point, i had given IELTS in 2013 submitted original to quebec, now i am been asked copy of IELTS which unfortunately due to hard drive crash i am unable to get. IELTS gives copy only for 2 years. dont know what to do please advise if any solution.

to get your PCC from Nigeria I found that you can visit the following link: http://www.gateway.ng/Nigeria-Police-Report
with regards to your ilets, I am sorry but I don't have the right answer yet. Will check and I hope I can come up with the solution. However, did you try to get your data from your crashed hard drive? I did it more than once. Take it to a PC tech he will figure out.

Well my case is one those which are victim of being paper applications and allocated to ADVO
However, I have the feeling that things will be great before the end of the year.
I know that my application is at the BC stage so it is just mater if few months. You know I have waited years.
Any updates from you side?
