I have received my AOR on December. My company at QC is trying to transfer me to Detroit. I am just wondering if there is going to be any issue for the rest of the processing of my PR application.

Hey, for the RCMP record, they can do a basic name-based criminal check, if you can pass it then you pass the Criminality check.
But if there is someone in their database who has similar name&birthday as yours, they will request you to do a fingerprint-based record.

I do request my GCMS note and in the section of Criminality/RCMP screening, it said "No Reportable Trace", so i guess i passed that name-based check.

I just received my Medical Request. But I've also just landed in China for business and will be here for a couple months. On the CIC email, it says that I can do my medical-examination in China. But will that be considered that I am not "intended" to stay in Quebec?

Yes you can do it in China, it won't cause any "Quebec intention" problem

According to CIC's request, I sent them whatever I got, i.e: delf certificate, list friends in Quebec (I got 3 friends), and the letter of explaining why I chose Quebec, job search, study French online.

Today, I have just finished medical examination, and paid the fee PR, and sent them to CIC Singapore.
Any experts know how long does it take from Medical to Passport request?
