Quebec Skilled Worker Changes after March 31, 2013 !!! IDEAS PLEASE !!!

Hi there, GOOD PEOPLE!! I wish you a happy New Year and good luck in your applications to Quebec this year.

As we all know, according to the decision published in the Gazette officielle du Québec on June 29, 2012, the Ministère de l’Immigration narrowed the intake of applications for Quebec Immigration.

I created this blog for any IDEAS, SUGGESTIONS, GUESSES, or why not FACTS about what we think will happen to the QSW program after March 31, 2013.

Are the requirements going to change? And especially the Language levels? Will they limit the number of applications? A.O.Ts ???

This will greatly help me, and a couple of friends who are just initiating the immigration program.

I also applied in March 2013 and till waiting, didnt get any feedback neither frommy lawyer neither from Quebec.
How can we quarantee that they have received all the document we sent, is there an official proof ? example document receival reference number or somthing ?
