For QSWP you can only submit an application if you have a job offer or apply under PEQ otherwise you have to wait until the intake period which we don't know yet when would it be :/

Rules started April 2015, however if you don't have a job offer or apply through PEQ your file will be returned because intake period hasn't been announced yet.

Yes, on 2014 the intake period started on April 1st 2014 and 6500 caps were reached by July 30th. 2015 is the first year that they keep us waiting for an intake period .

This year the cap is 6300 and should be filled very quickly..i wonder why the intake date is taking so long..when sending the application form, will i have to send the payment as well?

Nothing certain yet. They posted on their site (French) that the intake period will be announced during 2015-2016. So keep waiting and improve French. Nothing else to do from what I heard they want to finish the backlog they have from past year applications until then they won't start the intake period for the 6300 new caps, good news is that I know many people from 2013 who are starting to get their interview notifications so things are moving, slowly but moving.
