in quebec skill worker application situation,
please advise if available. thanks in advance:
1. i am master(3 years in 2010) in molecular biology and biochemistry while bachelor in biotechnology(4 years in 2007). do i fall into your Biochemistry (Bach. - 3 years)(2009 LIST OF AREAS OF TRAINING AND THE 2009 LIST OF PREFERRED AREAS OF TRAINING) and gain 12 points for assessment when application?
2. do i have to submit French language test results when application even though i gain enough point for the selection grid (more than 57 for couples) without any points for the French language proficiency criterion.
