Hi

I have a couple of questions in the application form and document checklist.

1.) In the Generic application form IMM0008 question no.6a "Have you received your Certificat de Selection du Quebec (CSQ)?", if we answer No, the question 6c is enabled for a date indicating when you applied. Although this is not a mandatory field. There is no mention in the guide whatsoever that one needs to apply for a CSQ before applying for CIC. But nevertheless I just wanted to reconfirm if that was the case.

2.) In the document checklist, under supporting documents no 5. "Option C print out of Notice of Assessment (NOA) issued by the Canada Revenue Agency for each of the three most recent taxation years" As per the guide submitting the (IMM5768) is not required for Quebec residents. My understanding is that you don't need to send in the NOA as well ?

Thanks!

Hello, I'm from Quebec, and just got AOR so I assumed my imm0008 was ok :D and you cannot applied for csq yet until you get sponsorship approuved. Just leave 6a and 6c blank. It's what I did. And for everything about tax you'll send to quebec immigration when you'll apply for csq

Good luck

Hey thanks shineon39. That's very helpful. So it means we don't need to send in NOA even though the checklist says so? Did you attach your NOA for 3 years?

I have a question:

I know that we must demonstrate that over the past year and on wards, that we will sufficient financial resources at our disposal. I just wanted to clarify if the past year is referring to the past 12 months from the current date, or the duration of 2017. Thank you.
