i know it might be silly but just to make sure is ILETS needed to immigrate to quebec or just TEF?

Hello

when I applied in 2007. I just attached my college letter stating my all course are taught in english medium and they gave me 6/6 points.unfortunately I didn't sucess to get CSQ. but I don't know about new rules. I think IELTS still not necessary to submit if you have enough proof that you have been working or studying in english medium office or college.

I didn't get any points from area of training. I don't know why ?
