Quebec PNP or EE

Hi,,

I have 465 points and waiting for ITa but also considering Quebec PNP that is going to open on 13th June.

What is the basic requirement to apply for Quebec PNP ? and do i need the selection cert from queb as well? sorry i know nothing about it.

and when i vist the Quebec imm website to register ..its all in french?

any help pls

If you haven't registered yet to te Mon Projet Quebec, it is already too late to apply for Quebec CSQ.
