QUEBEC PEQ LETS SHARE EXPERIENCE!!

Dear All,

I am new here I am from Karachi, Pakistan I am planing to apply for Quebec Immigration in this year 2014 later I want some assessment please can any body help me as I have seen here there are loads of experience guys who really help people like us who don't know anything about immigration.

My credentials are as follows:
Education BS (Bachelors of Science) in Textile Technology from Indus University Karachi in Dec 2008 my total education is 16 years.
Experience 3 years.
Age 27
No IELTS and or French Language certificate but have university letter that i have completed my 4 years degree in english language does it support me.
have required bank statement.

Wife's Education MSc Mathematics from Karachi University
Wife's Age 24
No experience
NO IELTS and or French Language certificate as well.
have 5 months old baby boy.

Please i need assessment.

Hey shahraza87,

Everything looks good in terms of studies and age. However, I would strongly suggest start taking some french classes as that is one of the main concern for quebec immigration nowadays.

I have applied for Quebec immigration and now would like to add a family member who is South African. Do you know if South Africans qualify for Quebec immigration Someone told me they don't because the South African government is trying to keep its people inland. Is that true?

For me, It would be 2 weeks on friday.

I believe as they have been processing faster QSW there are a lot of people who submitted their passport.

Same here, it would be two weeks on Friday. I am not patient at all ! Please let me know once you get yours.

I see you got a Police Certificate requested, how did this happen? Did you receive a communication from CIC requesting you to get one from the Canadian Police and mail it to them?

The Police Certificate they asked was because one of mine was expired.. It was valid for 3 months only, so, since I sent in September it was expired and I need to send a new one. I'm from Brazil. I sent the one from Brazil. They didnt ask to get one from Canadian Police.

I received an email from Sydney, NS, asking to pay the right for permanent residence fee (RPRF) on May 15th.
I paid the RPRF on May 19th. Does anybody have an idea how long it may take to receive the "pass-request" after RPRF.

Passport received by CPC-Ottawa on 20th May, Canada Post tracker activated today 28th May, 6:30pm.

Canada post has received my passport yesterday at 6:30pm, hopefully it will be delivered today !

My federal application has finally arrived in Sydney. I guess the next step would be medical exam. Does anyone know where to get the exam done? Is it possible to do it before requested by CIC in order to save some time? If not, how long will it take to get an appointment at doctors? Thanks!!!

If you are in Montreal there is a lot of doctors, you can find appointment usually for the next business day... even the same day sometimes..

It took me a month and some days after they received my application to get the request.
It should not be longer than 2 months I think...
