Quebec payment issue (please help urgent)

Hello

I would like to apply for Quebec immigration and like to pay by Bank Draft “Minister of Finance of Québec” But unfortunately, In Pakistan they refuse to write
“é” character

But bank agree to write like “Minister of Finance of Quebec” (See “é” is converted to “e”) .

Please guide me Can I make payment like this.

I miss accents of words all the time it doesn't change anything.

They should not have a problem accepting it without the acccent.

Yes they can accept. If you have any more doubt, then you can write like below, in captial letters,

MINISTER OF FINANCE OF QUEBEC,

Surely it works.
