I checked ECAS Feb 13th not sure if that was the date they posted in my ECAS. So if it shows received it means it's passed? I don't have access to Mycic as i am not the representative, my mothers lawyer is.

tomorrow you Ecas will update to Decision made. if you click on "In process " status it will show you In process date.

make sure you check Sponsorship Application Ecas. ( not PR application)

I got an email today from immigration delhi to submit the csq for my parents before April 14. I applied for CSQ on December 12 and currently they are processing around October 22 files which means almost 4 months from the date of application. I am just wondering if I can get it before April 14 which seems a bit hard at the moment. Please suggest me when I can expect to get the csq and what should I do in case the expected date is passing the deadline?

Did you get AoR from MiFi? please submit to New Delhi VO and with LOE that you waiting for CSQ.
