Quebec Mon Projet Doubts

Hi,
I have following doubts regarding Mon Projet:

1. I have recently created an account in Quebec Mon Projet and saved profile also but submission would be possible in the next intake in 2016, I guess. Please correct me if I am wrong?

2. In the next intake, can anybody submit Mon Projet profile or only those selected can do so? Payment is required after profile selection by Quebec gov. or before processing of profile?

I am actually not sure if the whole process is like this:
create Mon Projet account (1st intake)->Submit profile (2nd intake)->Selection by Quebec->Make payment & Submit documents->Quebec PNP received
OR
create Mon Projet account (1st intake)->Submit profile (2nd intake) & Make Payment->Selection by Quebec->Submit documents->Quebec PNP received

Please let me know the actual process.

1. You are correct.
2. Anyone who has a valid account. Once successfully submitted in next intake you will get an email to pay the required fee and after that your application will be processed.

thanks, it mean for my country it will take 28 +9+3=40 months. would you recomned me to pay my Monproject fee which is due on 12 july or wait for Sinp nomination

The processing time given is approximate. It might be a little bit lesser. SINP is way faster.

Ya that is why I want to wait for SINP and delay the payment for Monproject, anyways next 5K intake is on its way

i think that the best for worry is get one of the 5000 places for more than 80 thousand candidates
