Hello once we got permanent residence to quebec after landing in quebec do we can do travel to toronto,or do we can work and live in any province of canada?

Technically you can move to another province. However when you land, you must show that you plan to live in Quebec since you were accepted as an immigrant under Quebec's program. This means you must provide a Quebec address for your PR card. If the immigration officer suspects you have no plans on settling in Quebec, you could be denied landing.
