Quebec Level of education - help plz

hi , i would like to ask where I can find my equivalency in education
since quebec QSWP does not use Credential assessment (like WES) ( probably , for French speaking countries)

I have an Architect Diploma from Tunisia , it's a 5 & 1/2 years of study + 8 months practice.

case is :
1) if it's equivalent to Bach (WES equivalency) -> am out of mon projet quebec
2) if it counts as a Graduate diploma of university studies -> am still qualified for mon projet quebec.

thanks in advance , I need some advice
where can I find the equivalency chart or other informations ?

Hello not sure of how to post a question.... forgive me

I was wondering If one can claim points for AOTbelow your level of academic qualification, e.g if you have a masters (which is not on the list) can you claim points for dcs in the same field which is on the list?
