Quebec job offer for express entry

I have a positive LMO from a company in quebec.
Can i use it to get points for job offer in express entry? ?

No - the LMIA has to be for a job outside of Quebec. You can still apply through EE, but you won't get the 600 points. Quebec has its own immigration program.

Actually you can't apply in EE if you intended to settle in Quebec. I believe there is a question for it in the full application. You can settle in other provinces when you land, then move to Quebec later.

As @scylla mentioned Quebec has their program for immigration and you will have to go through that.
