I went to register agent and he told me if I passed A Level in French then my interview will skip. Is this true

It all depends as to where are you applying from. I know many applicants who were able to get interview waiver. Where are you applying from? In order to get a waiver, your application must be complete and precise which should not allow the immigration office to think twice on any matter.
