yes it is possible although i have not example but without french if poinys are ok you will get Csq.i hope i also applied with b1 level but from listening it is a2 level score.

To actually live & work successfully in Qc, outside a few small areas in Montreal or Gatineau? Yes.

My brother from India is planning to apply for QSW 2015. Does he need
1 Comparative evaluation for study - BE COMPUTER SCIENCE- 4 YEAR COURSE.THIS IS JUST LIKE WES EVALUATION FOR FSW PROGRAM.
2 A REFERENCE LETTER FROM EMPLOYER FOR EXPERIENCE WITH JOB DUTIES. WHAT HAPPENS IF THE JOB DUTIES ARE NOT MENTIONED IN LETTER AS EMPLOYERS IN INDIA ARE NOT WILLING TO MENTION JOB DUTIES? CIC ACCEPTS LETTER FROM THE COLLEAUGE/BOSS WITH THE VISITING CARD OF ATTESTING PERSON.
I shall be grateful for reply please.
