Am new here and need your expertise,

Have submitted my file for CSQ on the 23rd of December 2013 to MICC, how long does it take to receive the AOR?

I have submitted under same program before. I received AOR after 4 months and then my interview was conducted exactly after 17 months; however, I got rejected coz I scored 48/49.

I am confused regarding the new program post August 2013. Could you tell me whether french proficiency is must under this program for Skilled Worker Class? I do make 50 points w.r.t required 49 points, nevertheless, I lack in french proficiency.

Could you advice, please?

as far as i know, you only need to submit a proof for French proficiency if you'd like to collect points out of it, B2 level is the minimum required to be able to obtain points through an official French Test, i.e.TEF.
