hi guys is it necessary to give french language test to apply for Quebec immigration?

and also how long the whole process of immigration takes if i apply for it from Pakistan?

also after getting visa then can i go to any other province of canada to settle instead of Quebec?

Yes, as per the new rule you need to produce the French and English proficiency certificate along with application...
Regarding the timeline, it's unpredictable and it depends on the number of applications from your country/VO, etc
Regarding Quebec stay, I think you can move to any province and I don't think any other formalities required for the same,any way wait for more experts comments on this ...
