Quebec Immigration - Skilled Worker Program

Hi ,

I going to apply this program (Skilled worker 2014), but I do have one question regarding language proficiency and results. As of now i have IELTS test results and French test yet to be taken.

Can i apply this program with out French language exam result, it seems test results are mandatory while applying this program at initial stage. I have plans to take french course and to take DELF/DALF in next 1 or 2 months.

Hello,
Please tell me what are chances for getting nomination Quebec / CSQ , we will apply this year.
I have 2 questions please reply -
1. My wife - principle applicant occupation Nurse, qualification - 4 years BSc Nursing and 2 years Masters in Nursing from India, IELTS general training overall 7.5 band (above 7 band in each section). Work experience as registered nurse 3 years. She did not appear/written frech exam but will write soon.
My occupation – Veterinarian (NOC 3114) , bachelor 5 years BVSc & AH. Work experience as Veterinarian 5 years till date. IELTS general training 7 band (6.5 in reading, speaking ; 7 in writing + listening). My qualification scores 0 points which falls under Class E under Quebec list of area training 2013.
2. My second question is If we apply for Quebec PNP this year 2014, suppose if nurse comes in demand list in federal skilled worker under new list / new rules in 2015 or in 2016, if we also apply federal skilled worker (nurse), then will it effect our quebec pnp application ? because in federal skilled worker clearly mentioned if u want to settle outside quebec then apply federal SW, if u want to settle in Quebec then apply Quebec pnp not federal.
Please kindly guide us.

Actually i prepared everything for applying same last year trough an agency in Kerala but unfortunately i am cheated by them(i am not refer the name in this blog,but any one can contact me in my email for know more about them.). its happy to know that the quebec gov renewed the csq program for 6500 applicants on same criteria before.

here i am asking valuable helps from all of the respected members of this blog to applying the same by myself(without the help of agency)

Hello Guys,

This is my current profile:

Education: Bachelors, graduated in 2010 - 10 Points
Area of Training: Computer Engineering - 12 Points
Work Experience: 2 years as a Proprietor in my own company, 1.5 years as a Software Tester: 4 Points (Only considering my 1.5 yr. Software Experience, I don't know if my Experience as a Proprietor will be counted)
Age: 25 yrs - 16 points
Language Proficiency: 6 points in English, No points in French
Stay & Family in Quebec: Be a Student in Quebec for more than 3 months - 5 points
Financial Self-Sufficiency: 1 Point

Total coming to 54 points.

Now guys these are my questions :
1. Should I apply for CSQ or should I wait for my total to cross 55 in case of Adaptability Interview ?
2. Are there any chance of getting a 0 in the Interview if I don't have French Knowledge ?
3. Will my Experience as a Proprietor in my own Company be counted ?

Hi Seniors... please help.

I applied under the AOT U-24 that is Accountancy. However I currently am working as Business Analyst and have never worked as accountant. I only have a masters degree in accountancy and never got any professional certification or training. So is that correct to say that my profession doesn't govern by a professional order of Chartered Accountant? I am just worried that during my application I filled up the form for regulated profession of accountancy, however I now don't think my profession is not. I am currently working in a bank for project management / IT change team. Is ok to tell the visa officer that although my AOT is accountancy but my profession isn't that of accountant?
