There is an order of priority for processing applications
Effective August 1, 2013, applications will be processed in the following order:

applications from candidates submitted under the Programme de l’expérience québécoise (Québec experience program);
applications from candidates who submit a valid employment offer;
applications from candidates who obtain points under the factor Area of training;
any other application submitted by permanent workers.

I got my file number last week, In my case my wife is the principal applicant.After submitting the document my wife moved to UAE,do I have to submitt any document regarding this.. Also advice what is next after getting File number..

All just trying to confirm that the cap isn't yet reached for Quebec immigration - Skilled Worker Program. I plan on sending my documents within 10 days.

Hi,

I just want to ask if anyone knew here..how long is the visa processing time for approved CSQ with visa priority processing as remarks..

will gladly appreciate your reply..thanks ;D

Dear All,

I have also ask to Quebec Immigration via physical letter and they revert for wait 4 to 6 months for file AOR. Then 2 months more for file number dispatching. In a short we have to wait 8 months for file number. Then only we can ask and they revert on proper manners.

And i think for CSQ we have to wait 3-4 years and 1 year for federal processing. Total time will take 4-5 years. Be passion.

Hiya seniors,
I want to submit an application before month end, I would like to ask is it must that applicant should submit a french exam.

Hello Tosode,

You can submit without french exam. but mean while you start DELF exam for future submission.

You get 14 points if you clear A1, A2, B1 and B2 exam.

Dear Honey89,

Still there was no authentic news for future immigration program. but 1st Aug 13 to 31st March 14 program will be closed sooner.

and still quebec immigration has not update any news about new program. So we have to wait till more time to hear from them.

You surprise to hear that April 2011 people have not received CSQ yet. So you guess your time...

Yes Tosode, We have to passed exam until B2 level so we get 14 Marks. For A1, A2 and B1 there will be 0 points. Its depend on them to issue CSQ or not ? Because they are looking french learner people. If our point is above required point or not ...

I think if we clear B2 level then i didn't find any reason to CSQ rejection if all paperwork on good manners.

Its apply to all whoever apply on period of 1st Aug to 31st March 14.
