Age: 24, 16 Bachelors completed in December 2010, U can claim 10 points for your education and if he studied actuarial with statics then he can claim 12 extra points for his AOT I think he can get 6 or 6.5 in Ielts 4 , and can try to learn very basics of French he need to clear delf a2 to get 6 points, then they will call him for interview otherwise they will reject his case . By the way, can you give me the idea that what is the overall policy for quebec? First he need to apply for CSQ when he get it then he will apply for visa and whole process will take around 1 year to get visa Because we have heard that getting Quebec's PR is more easier that's why he wants to apply there. Even he contacted to a consultant, who said him that you are eligible for the PR, just pay my fees and submit documents so that we can process your case. Please explain you answer, while replying. thanks in advance if u have any other question then u can send me message
