Hi Still hope.. I see lot of posts from you evrytime i visit some threads for Quebec... And im so happy to see that you have your visa already first of all thank for your compliment and secondly i haven't applied my visa yet , i just got my csq last month . it will take another 6-8 months to get my visa stamped. I have not read each and every post you had.. but i believe there are lot of us here who knows you. And you gave them good advices. I hope you can give me advices aswell,,
I have not lodged my papers yet, due to i need to gather some documents yet, especialy my work certificate,.. can you please score this:

Bach in Nursing: RN: 10
Training: i believe its yes 12
Age 26: 16
IELTS - 7 speaking 7 listening 6
work EXP- about 2 years up.. 4
french ( im still planning to take this october for Delf A1) better go for that and i m sure u will pass , just take it little serious your french then u will c your own.

As per my calculations u r scoring 49 points without french so it is very hard to get interview waiver, so u can send your application any time and update your french result later
Concerns:

1. Are they (the embassy) very strict interms of the ITR, payslip, contracts for your work experienceNot very really , but its depend upon the visa office, how he deal your application. some time they check every single bits but some time they ignore. so what document u dont have so we can give u another solution instead of not sending these or any missing ?

2. I have the DELF certificate of enrollment and the module 1 will end this 14.. on the 19 the module 2 will start ... is it advisable for me to lodge my documents with the french results? or would it be okay if just attach my cert of enrollement from AF... u can lodge your application now , its no problem. yes u can attach your admission receipt with your application and update your french result later when u will get your aor

3. have you taken the DELF exam? May i know how did the exam go? is it difficult? if u study from AF then it is not as difficult as u think ,but some people fail because they dont take that exam seriously. so if u learn french seriously then its no problem u will be fine

My wife was completed her 10th standard in 2000 and curently pursuing BA 2 nd year through distance education(Not regular) she has started working as Admin assistant in private educational institute from last 3 years, so can I claim any points in this case i m sure if she is doing b.A then it means she also finished 10+2,if yes then u can claim 1 point for her 12th class?

without french I am getting 56 points, my worry is not to waste the time in submitting the application it is little risky, ok when u r appearing in delf exam if next month in oct then u can send it now and update your file later. but i tell u that u need 57 to get interview other wise rejection so choice is yours.

Request you to provide your valuable suggestions on this.

This is the case I have, my work experiences as a nurse , i have like 3 employers, the DOLE NURSE for 6 months, one private hospital for 9 months but i still have to ask if they can give me a certificate due to AWOL... and another private hospital... would they mind my work experience from jumping one employer to another or not?

They wouldn't mind kabayan. I think our friends from other countries are not familiar with the terms that you've used. Anyways, I think they wouldn't mind as long as you've given them proper documentation about your employment. You're kinda lucky too since almost a lot of us nurses can't even get hold of a job here in our country and yet you had three employers in such a short time.

Just be patient and prepare while you are waiting for the interview.

You're kinda lucky too since almost a lot of us nurses can't even get hold of a job here in our country and yet you had three employers in such a short time.

Thanks Solokru for your answers. OO nga I had a job, but for now, wala for I need to focus in french muna.. But my concern din is AWOL ako ;( actually my contract for 6 months has already ended... but there was a verbal agreement that they want me to stay for another month, in which we didn't have any written agreement. So when the time came that I need to resign right away due to some reason, I had my letter with me, but the owner wasnt available, so I informed oour senior nurse that i have to leave., sad to say my senior nurse didnot inform the owner or our admin about this, when I came back to ask for a certificate, she told me months ago that she needs an explanation letter for my AWOL and that she needs to think first if she could release a certificate. I am having problem with this kind of matter since for now i only lack my COE and french exam then i can lodge my papers na.. for the french result i need to take an exam yet maybe this October in Manila because the DELF A1 exam is not available here in Cebu. Hayyy I do have a lot of worries... ;( I hope kaya ko to...

If I'm not mistaken, the DELF exam scheduled in October in AF Manila is DELF PRO, which is different from DELF A1, A2, etc.

She has not completed 12th standard, in India for distance education 12th is not mandatory, so do I claim any points for her education n exp.

If your previous employer wouldn't give you a COE or a JD just include a written explanation and photocopies of your payslips and employment contract. That would be sufficient enough to prove that you were employed during those months.

Good luck on your exam. I hope you'll get a good score. Don't worry about your unemployment for now. I'm also unemployed for a while now and I'm not sure if it would go against me during the interview but what can I do? A lot of nurses here in our country are either underemployed, unemployed or employed but with insufficient salary to have a decent living. That's one of the main reasons why I want to work in Montreal.

UK Visa Issue and Quebec CSQ

Dear STILLHOPE,

I must say you are doing great job here.... I am going to ask my 1st ever question via this Forum

I am currently in London and my permanent residence is Pakistan. My current UK Visa will expire in September 2012.
I am planning to submit my case in 1st week of November 2011 with TEFaQ results. I am aware of this if someone submit French proficiency test results , the visa processing time is fast.

My concerns are following:

1. If I get the CSQ before my visa expiry and then I go back to Pakistan, will it be possible to get the permanent visa stamped from Canadian high commission (Pakistan).

2. If my CSQ is delayed and in the meantime my UK visa expires then what will happen?


P.S : My TEFaQ result is expected to be just basic / beginner / A2

2. If my CSQ is delayed and in the meantime my UK visa expires then what will happen?" you will go back to pakistan and will let them know about the address change by e-mail, fax, or express mail.

I don't really know, but in the Quebec immigration guide, they give points for DELF A1, A2, etc... Maybe you can ask the personnel at AF for details on this exam.

My concerns are following:

1. If I get the CSQ before my visa expiry and then I go back to Pakistan, will it be possible to get the permanent visa stamped from Canadian high commission (Pakistan) there is no visa office is in pakistan, london visa office look after federal part for parkistan area. after getting csq u have to send your application to london visa office never mind u r in london or in pakisatan. if your csq is getting delay then u can request for transfer of your case from paris to Honk kong..

2. If my CSQ is delayed and in the meantime my UK visa expires then what will happen transfer your case from paris to honk kong?


P.S : My TEFaQ result is expected to be just basic / beginner / A2
