Seniors need help.... :( :( :( :( :( :(

I am n a confusion for experience certificates....I dont have any employment contracts and pay slips for my former employers... only have my experience certificate mentioning the duties and employment period...what shall I do unfortunately lost it from my hand....

But for current employment I have employment contract and 4 months pay slip as I joined n this company on Nov3rd...

James..
your monthly penison contribution or any monthly social security contribution can b used to justify that u av done a renumerated job. if the experience certificate is issued by the company in question, then it is still ok.but u must issue it has the full name and contact of the employee signing it as well as the persons designation. above all, u will need to support ur application with a cover letter, where some grey areas will be high-lighted and discussed by u.

@egrace62

Thanks for your valuable information...Mostly I did my job in Gulf countries so I dont have any monthly contribution...so will be there any problem by submitting only the experience certificates....

Also is there any total years of work experience required for applying for Quebec CSQ and then for federal application...

Advance thanks for ur reply...

James

Hello

If you have your appointment letter and resignation letter then you can send with your form, if they want to enquire they will do it. So just send experience certificate with these documents.

@Stillhope

Thanks for your advice and is there any work experience required for applying for CSQ or required at least 1 year work experience...asking for one of my friend just passed out from university..

James

Hello James

Yes he can apply without experience , if he is earning enough points without experience
Remember without experience he will not get any point for his experience

This is translated from the Quebec immigration manual:

"the degree was obtained during the 5 years preceding the filing of the DCS or, if it is older, the candidate has been in a profession related to his training for at least 1 year full-time during the five years preceding the filing the DCS. To this end, the candidate must have demonstrated the legality of his work experience."

@ Shersta

Thats right...Thanks for your valuable information.

James..

Does anybody know the location of Quebec's Immigration Manuals? I'd really love to take a look at them.

Thanks in advance!
