The Quebec immigration program will be lunch at April 2015. Any buddy have any update regarding the Quebec immigration.

I have done the ECA form WES (World Education Services Canada).
My B.A (Pass) correspondence degree validated as 3 year Bachelor’s degree Canadian equivalency.

I want to know that my ECA is also valid for Quebec Immigration?

I don't see anything about a programme launching in April ?

ECA is not required for a CSQ application.

I would think so, yes, in light of the ECA you have.

Have you looked at the list of areas of training to see how many points you get?

am i eligible to apply for Quebec pnp.

bachelors degree in IT(4 years)
studied in Canada for 2 years
currently working as a full-time employee in Ontario(1.5 years)
ielts - 7.5
EE score - 427
married

currently on a PGWP till July 2016.

i can get an employer in qubec to give me a job offer. is this enough just a job letter from a registerd IT company ??

is french required.. is it compulsory..

French is not compulsory at the moment. Without it, your application will be low priority.

However, and it's a BIG however, have a think and do some research about getting a job in Quebec.

Go to jobbank.gc.ca. Search for jobs you are qualified for/interested in, in Quebec. Then check out placement.emploiquebec.net and do the same.

The vast majority require French. In most cases, working language will be French. I do know of a few people working (at fairly senior levels) in IT in Quebec. They are exceptions.

While similar, CSQ is not quite PNP.

Do you intend to move to and settle in Quebec? Have you read the information on the Immigration Quebec website concerning confirmed job offers?
