Quebec Immigration- how long do I have to move?

Hello all- first post!

I have received my summons for an interview in Paris- I would appreciate if anyone could answer a couple of questions for me...

- How long does it take from the interview until you have the medical?
- And how long after that can you expect to recieve the immigration papers?
- How long do you have to actually move there once you get the papers?
- Do you have to stay in Quebec for a set period, or can you travel?

I need to work out when to start job-hunting, selling up everything here etc etc (am based in UK).

Hi,
I am sorry I can't help with your question, but you might be able to help me.
I received a letter from Paris Office stating that I am on the waiting list and should be invited to interview shortly. How long does it take you between receiving this letter and being invited to the interview?
I would be grateful if you could help me with this so I know when to expect my interview will be so I can prepare to travel to Paris since I am based in the UK.

When you get the PR visa, it is usually valid a year from the time you did your medicals so you have to land before then.

You do not have to stay long on your initial landing. It is very common to only stay for a short time and go back home to tie up loose ends.

Hello Friends, how are you all? Well this is my first post here.

I already apply for Quebec PR in November 2011 and I got my file number too. I just want to know when will they call me for an Interview or when will I get any updates from them.

I cleared my DELF A1 exam and preparing for DELF A2, I think A1 and A2 are enough for open my file / CSQ interview.

I got my 63 points including French Language point.

Awaiting for positive response.
