Quebec immigration from Abu Dhabi visa office UAE

hi all ,
I Got CSQ and applied the file for process in Abu Dhabi office ,almost 13 months back and nothing from them i didn’t receive the medical yet .i sent many time emails but no response .anyone know how long does it take to receive the medical .

No one applied from uae for Quebec immigration,
I have received email from Canada Abu Dhabi office asking me to re write application ( IMM5549) again with new C.V .this email was after 13 months from process any one know when they will send medical ,

Please anyone have had same thing post his comment here
