I've heard that Quebec immigration rules ( or list of training ) will be changed on 1 October 2010.. is this true ??? please share with us.

An immigration lawyer said that.. I am not sure if he is telling the truth or not. So thats why i posted here to ask.

Well, if the lawyer is selling himself to you as, "look dear client ... the immigration rules are about to change, so pay me money as soon as possible to prepare you immigration application" ... then you can guess youself.
Also, if one don't need immigration lawyer, until and unless there is a huge complication in the case.
