Anyone applied recently for Quebec closed work permit under the GTS category from outside Canada and is waiting for IRCC response on their application ? What are the ongoing processing times for outland applicants for Quebec GTS closed work permits ?

Here are the timelines:

Quebec Job Offer:
GTS LMIA Applied:10-Feb, 2022
GTS LMIA Approved:10-March, 2022- (1 month Very fast)
Quebec GTS Work Permit Applied along with 2 dependents:10-May, 2022 from DELHI INDIA
Wife: Applied Open spouse Visa same time
Kid: Visitor Visa Visa same time
Bio-metrics completed: After 3 days
Visa office: Primary CEC EDMONTON, CANADA and Secondary: IRCC DELHI
Result: Still waiting for Quebec GTS Work Permit Approval
Upfront Medical did on 12-May, but not yet updated in file
