Montreal, August 17 , 2018 - Following the coming into force of the new Regulation and the Quebec Immigration Act on August 2, the Immigration, Diversity and Inclusion Department finalizes the works to launch its new system based on the declaration of interest, Arrima , planned for next September. As a result, the Department will develop a new system to manage selection requests that will continuously and promptly invite skilled workers whose profile meets the needs of businesses, for example. in the different regions of Quebec.
