So how is one suppose to list his Postgraduate Certificate? Does it fall under Master's degree? I don't see how PG Certs and PG Diplomas points will be calculated.

Universite Laval gives a good guide on understanding Quebec university system. On their website it shows Graduate Diplomas under Master's diploma. No does that mean its equal to a masters?
