Quebec Entrepreneur Help!

Hello all. Was looking for help and advice. We've applied for Quebec csq in the entrepreneur category. Our application was received Dec 16th 2013 and we got our AOR dated Jan 9th 2015. After that nothing. Can anyone guide me as to timelines and if this is ok? When should we be expecting an interview call or some notification? And how long does it take approximately from csq receiving till Passport stamp from federal?
All help and advice gratefully accepted!
P.S Our BIQ is Hong Kong.

If you're applying from Hong Kong, processing times can be pretty long. This is what is currently listed for CSQ processing times for HK...


Looks like HK processing time is at least 5 years...

My BIQ is Hong Kong but we've applied from Pakistan. What you're looking at is permanent skilled worker category but we are under entrepreneur catagory. I have heard that processing time prior to interview is 24 months but not sure. Can anyone through light on this?

I applied for the self employed category which is in the business category as the entrepreneur, in May 2015 got AOR June 2015, and received letter requesting for IELTS and TEFAQ Exams January 2016.
But i heard the new applications are being processed under the new laws which are faster.
Again that's what i heard.
