I did bachelor of engineering in electrical but my work experience is in IT. I am Software engineer. My education is not related to work experience.Am i eligible to apply if i have work experience not related to education.

Could any one please clarify my doubt about training points also. Is training points related to my work experience or education. If its related to work experience then i would get 6 points. If its related to education then 0 points. I am confused.

You get points for training only if you hold a diploma that falls under the Quebec's List of Preferred Areas of Training.

You will also get points for work experience i.e. according to the number of years you have worked.

human I have posted same query I did bachelor of science
and now working as IT professional and when you
say you don't have training in your education,

you are not qualified as when you do your preliminary
evaluation on Quebec immigration site
