I apply for Quebec csq on 26th of august 2013. My file recived by Quebec immigration office in Montreal on 29th of August as per courier service. Its about nine months passed and till date I don't know any information about my file. Any body know what's the matter behind this. I am staff nurse from india, I apply with my spouse and one kid .Our total points are 65.

QSW is quite slow as compared to FSW and PNP. As per their official website,for AOR (file number) it takes 5-7 months but your application submission date have already passed 9 months so I advise you to contact them through phone or e-mail which you can find on their official website.

In my case... Quebec officials responded directly to set up an interview after gap of 15 months. Applied in October 2010 and got interview invitation in Jan 2012.

I never received any AOR before that

When I apply for Quebec my age is under 35. But! now I am 36 now. Any body know that know they deduct my points or point's remaning same as I apply. And same case is that my ielts certificate is valid when I filed my application but! Know my ielts certificate is also not valid know. Any body here who have knowledge about this matter please share it helps other too.

No problem. They evaluate your profile such as age,experience and expiry date of language result at the time you submit your application for CSQ. As you know, QSW itself is a very lengthy process not only you ,many of us here have similar situation as of yours.

Hello everyone,

I came in Canada, Quebec, with my spouse. At the beginning, he accompanied me as a visitor during my studies. After 4 months, he started his studies as a master student. He applied for a CAQ and then the Study Permit. After my PhD exam we applied for CSQ, which we have been rejected after 15 months! Because of not accepting the format of a letter and failure to present the job experience of my husband which has zero points in CSQ!
Now, my husband will finish his studies in 2 months. Do you think that we can apply for the PEQ, as he would be as the main applicant? One person already told me since he accompanied me at the beginning it should be me who will apply for the PEQ!! Is it right? or anybody with a Canadian certificate, especially from Quebec, can apply for the PEQ?

You and me in same boat. I also applied on 26 August 2013 and still now didnt get any response. I called quebec in mid of march and they told me if i didnt get any response in the end of may i should call them back.

I called quebec immigration with this number however i spoke the lady and she talked in French..Is there other way to speak them in English?Im so eager to know the status of my file.

I called them on march and they told me to contact on the end of may if still i didnt get any response.
So, i am going to call them on the end of this month.
