Brothers, two questions.

I am planning for Quebec immigration.

do we need to submit Police clearance certificate along our first base application ?
secondly, just want to confirm that CSQ only for those peoples who studied or worked in Quebec?

do we need to submit Police clearance certificate along our first base application ? No, PCC is required at Federal stage.
secondly, just want to confirm that CSQ only for those peoples who studied or worked in Quebec? No, anyone can apply for CSQ, provided he/she meets minimum points criteria (49 points single/57 points married). If an applicant meets preliminary evaluation, 6 points can be awarded for Adaptability at interview stage. The total points to qualify for CSQ at interview stage should be 55 for singles / 63 for married. ** Interview may (or, may not) be waived off, if applicant scores 55 / 63 points straight away.
